What’s next?

So… you’ve filled out the contact form. Now what?

1. I Check the Diary

Once your form lands, I’ll check whether we’re available for your wedding date. You’ll hear back from me within 24 hours (but do check your junk folder - emails love hiding there).

2. A Proper Reply (Not a Copy & Paste One)

I’ll answer any questions you’ve asked and send over a few full gallery examples so you can see a real wedding day from start to finish and get a proper feel for our style.

3. Fancy a Zoom Chat?

Some couples like to hop on a quick Zoom call to see if we click (no pressure, no awkward sales chat). If that sounds like you, I’ll send over a link to my booking calendar so you can pick a time that suits.

4. Let’s Make It Official

Once you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. A 25% deposit is required at this stage to secure your date - once that’s done, you’re officially booked in.

5. Final Details, No Stress

Around two months before your wedding, I’ll send you a “day in detail” form to gather everything I need - timelines, group shots, and all the important bits. We’ll then have a final catch-up to run through your plans and make sure everything is nice and smooth.
